What Alessia Wuckert likes about Agave Rio:
Food was spectacular. I had not had a couscous as good as that in over 20 years. We tried chicken, merguez, lamb and rabbit...all fantastic. And so we're the cumin chickpeas and desserts. Thank you. View all feedback. What JustinP doesn't like about Agave Rio:
Went for Mother’s Day brunch. The service was extremely slow, we had to grab a pitcher of water ourselves so we could refill our own drinks. The food was cold, and the bbq was dry. View all feedback.

We came on Sunday, May 14th, 2017 for the Mother's Day brunch as well.
The service has always been horrible and the food started bad but did improve slightly.

Agave Rio offers a mixed dining experience, with some guests highlighting the excellent food quality, attentive service, and beautiful presentation of dishes. However, others express disappointment with the slow service, limited food options, and issues with cleanliness. The patio dining and live music are praised, making it a great spot for cocktails and appetizers. While the Sunday brunch received mixed reviews, dinner experiences seem more positive. Overall, Agave Rio is seen as a charming local spot with superb food for those willing to pay a bit more for a special dining experience. The new Tex-Mex menu and live music create a resort-like ambiance perfect for a date night.
Good patio. Food quality has declined. Service needs improvement.
The Mother’s Day buffet was very disappointing. Food selection was limited, service was slow, and the 20 percent mandatory tip was ridiculous.
