I placed an order at 6:27 AM for pickup at the drive-thru, with a receipt indicating that my order would be ready by 6:32. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:30, but there were two cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally got my order, it didn’t taste fresh; it seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The food was only warm, not hot. I also ordered strawberries, but they were missing from my bag. I typically enjoy this Whataburger location, but their customer service has been disappointing lately. I plan to reach out to the manager after work because I was not satisfied with my experience today.

I want to give a shoutout to the new staff you've brought on board, as my experience was absolutely delightful! The drive-thru team was exceptionally friendly and professional, making sure that my food was treated with care. When I got home, everything was still hot, and my burger was perfectly put together—not messy at all. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was incredibly fresh. The drive-thru attendant even mentioned they were waiting for fresh meat, which really made a difference in taste—it was delicious! I've lived in this area for a long time, and I was truly impressed by the staff's courtesy and the freshness of my meal. I felt it was important to share this review. Thank you to all the employees! You did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be back.
