I have been going to The Peanut for wings at various locations for as long as I can remember, but I recently discovered this one on the state line. It is by far the most beautiful, clean, and friendly location out of all of them. I decided to stray from their famous wings and try out some of their sandwiches and salads, and they were all absolutely amazing. View all feedback.
What Brett Rybnick doesn't like about The Peanut:
I absolutely love the cheese fries from Most Peanuts! They are topped with both shredded cheese and cheese sauce, making them a delicious treat. However, I was disappointed with my order at State Line, where I paid an extra $2 for cheese fries only to find that they were poorly topped with just a few shreds of cheese on each fry. It seemed like they didn't put much effort into making them tasty. The wings were decent... View all feedback.
I want to prevent this by saying I came to brunch. therefore I can only for my brunch articles and the peculiar early-ish Sunday morning selection of loaded nachos from my kumpels. we came to see the EPL game of the week. Although the result was not entirely what I wanted, I refuse to jamme it my mind. although the waitress (which I will not name) decided to say that she was a fan of the other team. Anyway, the breakfast sandwich was really nice. how, much better than expected. the biscuit was of the highest quality and would almost have wished me to have the cookies and gravy. anyway. they were fair. not the best, but who orders nachos before midday at all? they seemed to be a sacrifice of preparation before our others. toppings were plentiful, but only a little cool. but it happened and I didn't pay for it, so be it. total good service and clean. somehow the place has not smelled the early morning bar so that is good. many televisions to see all the games. fair prices. good experience. I would watch football again at any time.
So glad they opened this Peanut, alot closer to my house. This one is awesome, lots of seating, great food and even better service. If and it's not bad, the only negative is they need MORE parking for more customers.
One of the best places to eat! They have an amazing brunch with big ole mimosas and if you come here for lunch/dinner, their hot wings are a must!!! Their wing sauce is so good and they by far have the best wings in town.
The facility is nicely remodeled, really opens it up. A LOT of TVs and expanded bar (from previous restaurants). Servers and staff are great and the atmosphere is very nice. Seems to be a great fit in this part of town and its good to see this spot flourish again. I have been to the state line location twice now and ordered food both times. Both times some or all of my food arrived at my table warm(ish). I actually had to send back my last meal because it was just room temperature. I'll re-visit again I am sure but it may be for a splash and go at the bar or perhaps some finger food during a game.Follow-up from recent visit. I really like the ambiance and the staff was super. I ordered the wings and some buffalo chicken dip. The wings are what everyone says they are spectacular! The dip, on the other hand tasted really good but was room temp, AGAIN. Like trying to push a chip through warm cream cheese, it didn't work so I left it alone. With such a big bar, I think I'll stick to drinking there and eating elsewhere.
Katy took my 100 to go order with the quickness. it was all correct. when i got there a girl named hannah stopped what she was doing to help me. the wings were as always freaking amazing. what a restaurant we go every week now!
