Best chicken around KCMO !!!!! Friendly service from Moe &other employees,clean establishment,food is very good not over cooked not under cooked, just tasty good food...I will miss once I move out of state but I may have to have sent to me by family but definitely the best chicken/food around View all feedback.

I ordered chicken from Sharx this morning, for my office. Super excited because the chicken is always great from here, I even spend extra to have their chicken delivered. Today, was the complete opposite. I got chicken from Sharx and it was burnt, you could barely taste the lemon pepper, and had a lack of flavor because of the burnt grease. We've had chicken strips in three states over the past three days, and these were the best!

Reached out to the manager and he was un-personable, and stand-offish. Not professional at all. To make it even worse, he was the one who cooked it so he didn 't even want to admit that he burnt it or made a mistake. Was not looking for a refund, just an apology saying hey my bad I 'll make it right and won 't let it happen again. Definitely not a good experience this time around.
