Sarpino's Pizzeria Vivion Rd

The restaurant was quite good. However, the pizza was a bit pricey, but it was delicious overall. I ended up taking it to go, but there was no designated parking, so I went inside just to be safe. The staff were new, but polite. The food arrived promptly, so I have no complaints.

Usually they have amazing food, but my recent experience left me in disgust. I ordered my favorite calcination zone and three bites in it, found a nearly 2? hair glued from the bread of the calzon. I want this place to remain great, but please follow the rules and have hair nets.

I highly recommend ordering the Midnight Express Pizza for delivery. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I have traveled the country and tried pizza from all corners, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a place at home that serves such great pizza.

This is the worst Sarpinos we have ever ordered from. Every time we order here, they get the order wrong, and when it finally arrives (2 hours later), it is no longer fresh - the food is soggy and the breadsticks are hard. It is now 12:30 in the evening and we have received our pizza, breadsticks, and shrimp alfredo, but the pizza is wrong, soggy, and the breadsticks are hard once again. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as this has happened multiple times. I tried to speak to the owner of the shop, but he was not available. It is a shame for the other Sarpinos locations in the Kansas City area. New management is needed.

Love to say one way or another, but Google and their own personal page both state multiple times that delivery is till two. I understand staffing can be an issue with the way things are currently, but this needs to be amended on all of these sites. It also could have been gracefully explained as opposed to a short we 're not delivering and hanging up. I was not a last minute call. Customer service is when reality and expectations meet.
