The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara, while my brother opted for the Asiago tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken. We enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We even took home some leftovers and extra breadsticks.
You've been falling short on the breadsticks, which should really be the highlight of the meal! They're hard (overcooked) and barely have any garlic or butter on them. I love your restaurant, but please improve where it matters most: the breadsticks!
They consistently deliver excellent service. I've been ordering takeout for some time now, and I've never had an issue—my orders are always accurate and ready on time. The staff is friendly every single visit. They truly deserve their five-star rating; both the employees and the online ordering system are fantastic.
