Contribute FeedbackA recent visit to the restaurant left guests disappointed with the service and overall experience. Issues included reservations being cancelled without notice, slow service, missing items from orders, and unattentive staff. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant was praised for its diverse game selection and good atmosphere. The value for what was paid versus what was received was also a concern for some diners. While the concept of the restaurant was appreciated, improvements in service and attentiveness from the staff were suggested for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Lots of stuff to do onsite. Food pretty good. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Great service
Despite having a reservation, we waited a long time to be seated at this restaurant. We had plans to attend a show at 7 pm, so we were on a tight schedule (hence the reservation). After finally being seated, we didn't see a server, so I went to the bar to order drinks while my husband stayed at the table to order food. Unfortunately, the bar line was stagnant and our server never came to our table. Ultimately, we decided to leave without placing any orders. The hostess was very kind and tried her best to assist us, but the bar seemed to be understaffed which led to our disappointing experience.
Despite having a reservation, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our food. Unfortunately, the food was not enjoyable and the soda was flat. Additionally, we did not receive items we had requested, such as ranch dressing.
The canned beverages were grossly overpriced and the place was so loud we couldn’t have any conversation. It was excessive for 5pm….
Great place to watch a game. Nice beer selection and really good food.
