I ordered the two tender combo with a side of cluck sauce at Medium' heat. Seasoning was good, heat intensity wasn't too bad and the food was ready at my scheduled pick-up time. The chicken inside the tender has been pretty dry both times I've ordered. Fries have been overcooked and a little too crunchy both instances I've ordered as well. Overall it's a decent hot chicken spot for Kansas City, unfortunately if you want something good you’ll have to travel outside of the city. Can't wait for Dave's Hot Chicken franchises to start showing up around here. Probably won't be back.

Feel the burn. Nose drippin, tongue tickling, brow dripping good time. Chicken was so juicy, crispy, tender, fall apart good. My stomach is filled with happiness.

I have had a great experience almost every time I have visited this restaurant. However, my experience on 2/6/22 was disappointing. I ordered online and picked up my order after 7:30pm. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich was unavailable and I had to replace it with a new order of tenders. The three teenage employees working there openly mocked me when I asked for the replacement order and complained that the tenders were given for free. They were not free, as my girlfriend had paid for them. Having worked in customer service myself, I believe that if you are going to make jokes about customers, you should do it discreetly so that they are not aware. Despite this negative experience, I still left tips for the employees.

The chicken strips were generously sized but overall just average. The ranch dressing was not very good.
