Mad Jack's Fresh Fish - Kansas City

I’m visiting the area and haven’t been here in over 30 years. It’s just as fantastic as I remember! The catfish strips are amazing!

The fish was perfectly crispy, just as I had asked for. However, the manager or owner on duty was somewhat reluctant to provide any condiments. On a positive note, the other staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

Wow, I can't believe how amazing Mad Jacks is! My neighbor recommended it, and the collard greens are absolutely fantastic. Everything I've tried has been delicious. This place offers an experience that's truly special! Just a heads up, they only do takeout. Definitely check it out!

This is the best catfish I've ever had! The portions are very generous. I ordered the small dinner, which is unusual for me since I typically opt for the large, but even the small was almost too much food! As delicious as it was, there’s only so much you can eat. I also loved the bread and butter, along with the ample sides that came with the meal. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating!

I've found my new favorite spot for catfish and potato salad! The green beans were amazing as well!
