this location is a absolute joke. my order was supposed to be delivered in 30 min that's why I ordered and so far it's 30 min late I have been on hold for 15 mins. absolutely no response. pizza tracker not even updating. View all feedback.

Didn't deliver oder at all wait over hour and half when check they canceled the oder no reason at least I didn't get one now one answer the phone, they could have called text email or something
If possible stay away from this Domino's at 531 Grand Boulevard Kansas City, Missouri they cancelled my order without even telling me. it's wrong what they did I understand they might not have drivers available but that's no excuse for people wanting delivery I'm not the only one in this situation. I hear the same thing every time I order from here I cannot leave work to go pick up the food. I've also had issues with other Domino's locations across Kansas City with getting hand tossed pizza that's crunchy like chips or cookies or cold. I have ordered from Domino's for many many years. This one domino's I ate at in Chicago and in Pensacola was amazing but I'm not too happy with this location on Grand Boulevard in Kansas City because of this on going situation.
The food quality has always been inconsistent, delivery times vary wildly. Frequently delivering to the wrong address and when you tell them that they messed up they won't own up to it. I was double charged on two separate occasions which was not resolved. At one point I got a pizza with no cheese or sauce, it was essentially a flatbread and when I called to inquire about it I was told to just put American cheese on it and call it a day because they can't do partial refunds. When you specify no jalapenos in their cheesy bread, they sometimes still put it in there. They frequently forget the drinks you order and have to wait a long time to get it. The manager I spoke with was unprofessional and rude when I confronted her over these issues and made it seem like I was at fault for most of these issues described either through not specifying food requests or putting in the right address. How can they mistake an apartment for a hotel? This place ended up being the last resort place I would get my food from when I have no other choice and even then I always expect something to go wrong every time and it shouldn't be that way.
I get that short staffed is a thing right now. Whoever runs this store should consider taking off delivery as an option. 90 min late is unacceptable.
