Cucina Della Ragazza - Kansas City

We were recommended by our hotel next door to try this place. eating was super and service was amazing. the restaurant was very busy, but the staff could serve everyone and pass on the food and drinks. the restaurant was so busy that we had to sit on the bar. the restaurant was very nice and we had a lot to see while we waited for our food. I tried the Limoncello shot and it had a nice sweet kick. would definitely go back if we lived closer. they know that you eat at the right place when people stand and wait for their seat.

I finally got to try Ragazza and I really enjoyed it! We had appetizers, cocktails, soup, entrees, and desserts. Our server was great, making us feel welcome and excited to share information about the menu. Everything we tried was delicious, but the lasagna was the standout dish. The restaurant is small with bar seating available. Parking is street parking and can be a challenge. The restroom is gender-neutral. The entrance is on the ground floor, but may not be easily accessible for all.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner based on a friend's recommendation. I am not from Kansas City, but she is. The place is small and charming in Westport with an Italian vibe, yet still modern. We had a reservation for 6 o'clock on a Tuesday, and I suggest making a reservation as the place can get busy. The wine list is extensive compared to the menu. We started with the baked goat cheese appetizer with crusty bread, which was delicious. Each of our entrees also came with a small Caesar salad, a nice surprise. I ordered the lasagna, which came in a deceivingly small portion but was actually quite filling. The combination of sauce, meat, and cheese was heavenly. The goat cheese was top-notch and it came with a generous piece of bread. I paired my meal with a glass of Moscato (I know it's not traditional, but it's my favorite wine). My friends both ordered the Tuesday steak special, which was a steal at $18. Their steaks looked amazing. I finished off with a delicious Amaretti cookie for just $1.50. I usually don't spend $30 on a solo dinner, but every bite was worth it! The menu has many tempting options and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!
