I have serious doubts about any restaurant that finds it acceptable to serve food that's been sitting out for hours. The fried beans they served me were dry, chalky, and simply terrible. It was clear they had been left out for a long time. With food prices being what they are these days, there really should be a commitment to cooking according to proper standards. My meal was completely spoiled. The place wasn’t even busy, and I would have gladly waited a few extra minutes for fresh food if they had just asked. If I end up getting sick, I won't hesitate to contact the health department.

With my meal ordered Nachos Grande, had very little toppings on it. The fried beans were dry, barely taco-meat. It was just not that far.

I experienced extremely poor customer service at this restaurant. When I walked in, there was only one person ahead of me picking up a DoorDash order. A woman entered after me and seated herself. After the guy received his order, the woman behind the counter completely ignored me, left her station, and joined the woman in the booth, where she proceeded to look at her phone. I stood there for a few minutes without any recognition from anyone, feeling completely invisible. Eventually, I decided to leave. This is unacceptable—at least acknowledging me with a simple "I’ll be with you in a moment" would have made a difference. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered and charged for 3 chicken taco supremes because they said their beef got recalled because it made people sick and they were out of everything else. What I got was 3 flour tortillas with 2 small pieces of chicken on each and a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. No sour cream at all no tomato etc. This was at 8/21/22 11:16 pm cashier Hollynn order 341446. I tried calling literally 30 times and they refused to answer the phone. Needless to say, I want my money back.

I am absolutely disgusted and infuriated on how I was treated tonight. First we had been waiting for at least an hour for our food, and they were out of almost everything. They didn’t tell us when we ordered and paid that they were out of all soft shelled items, and more. Someone screamed it from the back kitchen. They substituted everything in all of my friends orders, and didn’t tell us. They said they didn’t have any soft shells but it appeared that was a lie, not only did I get my soft shell burrito but I also got metal in it. It looked like a metal nut and I spit it out and went to the counter, the woman I talked to snatched it away and seemed high. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one around, they must have been having a meeting, we asked for a refund and the lady accused me of putting the metal nut in my own food, and said that she called her manager and counted the bolts and that they were all there. She was very nasty to me and rude for no reason. They didn’t apologize and the lady said that “ i really don’t care” so please get better workers and don’t eat and this Taco Bell.
