Was Shannon Cole at Shelby’s a mag?
I absolutely love this place! It's the only gaming venue that offers food and drinks. The staff is fantastic, and there’s a cozy cafe area that’s separate from the gaming space, making it a nice spot for my friends and me to chat in peace. I have been a regular customer at the Kankakee, IL location for years and have had no complaints—until recently. I stopped going after a new African American manager took over. She is a pregnant woman who is extremely rude to the staff, unprofessional, and quite loud. Last week, when I saw her walk in, I immediately left the restaurant. Same as the rest of the bandits in town, very little play for big losses. Rarely do you see a big winner. Overly stealing tight. After playing several different places. Finally convinced not to donate anymore to the state of Illinois or any of the bandit owner's of the business.
I stopped by to cash in a ticket I had from a month ago. I didn't gamble,my time was limited.
This would be a five star review but your African American (did not want to use race to describe her but she refused to tell me her name when asked) morning employee is the absolute worst. Terrible attitude, curses and is always on her phone. Can't be bothered to ask anything of her.On some positive notes. This store has made a huge turn around in service and cleanliness. Welcoming environment and the friendlest workers besides the one. Michelle and Brianna are my favorites. Would love to book for an adult birthday party?
