We came for the supe... read more A small quiet and trendy spot. A nice guy attended to my Mother and myself right away. Served us our frozen Mango and Pineapple margaritas. We came for the super monstrous frozen drinks. It's 91 degrees today's and frozen margaritas were much needed. Mother Daughter outing.

We... read more However, when I returned the following day, the staff claimed they couldn’t find the retainer because the employees from the previous night weren't on duty. We asked if they could contact those staff members to locate it. Instead of assistance, a server told us to come back at 4 PM when the night shift started. When I returned at 4 PM, the story had changed again; the morning shift was said to have possibly thrown it away. The server I spoke with during my call even suggested that "the cleaning crew must have thrown it out" and rudely implied that I should be "more responsible.” Frustrated, I requested to speak to the manager, only to be told she wasn’t available. When I asked to talk to her superior, the staff member hung up on me. After waiting a short time, I called back and yet again was given conflicting information. This led me to drive to the restaurant in person. Once I arrived and asked for a manager, the hostess responded dismissively, saying, “She’s not here.” When I asked to speak to whoever was in charge, she retorted, “You aren’t going to speak to me like that.” At this point, it was 5:10 PM, and I had been waiting for a manager for 40 minutes, since I was advised to return at 5 PM. All I wanted were straightforward answers, such as confirming whether the retainer was indeed thrown away or if they could reach out to the cleaning crew. I understand that my son was irresponsible for leaving it, but it shouldn’t be this difficult to get clarity on what happened, considering it was an honest mistake.
