Whilst my order was correct, I waited in the queue (after my order was taken) for about twenty minutes for my food. Disgraceful!!There were clearly not enough staff on duty and "fast-food" it was NOT!!KFC, buck your ideas up!!

This has... read more This has happened last tuesday night when I order drive thru counter. 18/04/2017. Ordered 9 pcs for $9.95. But only found 7pcs. Did not bother calling. This has happened several time in this SunnyBank Drive thru. Never go there. Chicken pcs were over cooked and vey small. Only small drum sticks, and wings found. No thighs and Big drum sticks found in my pack. Ordered hot & Spicy. Never go there again. Please check/count the pack before u leave the counter of KFC Sunnybank, QLD.

The first time, we chalked it up to an accident, but when the same item was forgotten on our second visit, we were disappointed. Despite trying to call repeatedly, the phone went unanswered. Not great customer service!
