The first time, we chalked it up to an accident, but when the same item was forgotten on our second visit, we were disappointed. Despite trying to call repeatedly, the phone went unanswered. Not great customer service!

Unfortunately, the chicken in the 5-piece pack was overcooked, dry, and tasteless, making it inedible. It was the night of the AFL grand finale, so I was unable to return to complain and no one answered the phone when I tried to contact them. I have purchased from this restaurant before, but I will not be doing so again.
