Usually, the ribs are... read more I ordered ribs for takeout and when I got home just five minutes later, they were cold! The vegetables were also cold. What happened, RT? Usually, the ribs are tender and fall off the bone, but not this time. To make matters worse, there were no utensils, napkins, or wipes included. Thankfully, we took the food home instead of trying to enjoy a picnic. I understand these are challenging times, but I expected better from you. Unfortunately, I have to give this a one-star rating!
