(... read more Haven't gone there in a while and decided to pick up dinner. There was a sign there saying that they were short handed and the order may take a little longer. (drive thru) I order a 8 piece chicken only original with a large Cole slaw. When we got home and had dinner the Cole slaw was good , but the chicken wasn't. It was dry and seemed overcooked and the outer coating didn't taste like the original recipe. So much for KFC in Kaneohe.

Additionally, my chicken order was incorrect. I ended up spending $60 on a total disappointment.

The restaurant lacks suff... read more This review is not a reflection on the employees themselves. The woman at the window was very pleasant but seemed clearly overwhelmed. The restaurant lacks sufficient staff to provide proper service. As a result, the quality of the food also suffers, as it doesn't seem to be prepared as well as it should be. It's unfortunate to see so many individuals who could work but choose to remain homeless instead of taking jobs at fast food establishments.
