I placed an order online four times for delivery after the Windward franchise canceled my previous orders without any communication. I'm still unable to place my order. The customer service is very disappointing. View all feedback.
Terrible service, not even sure open. Drove through drive through during business hours. No one responded, when I looked into outlet there were people in there. Did not say workers because obviously no one works.
Restroom doesn?t have a locker, OMG! We asked plate but they didn?t have it, we asked forks for 7 of us, but they gave us only three. The lady on the front was so mean. The bread was given without butter. No recommended at all. There is no air conditioning
I?ve gone here a few times and at first it wasn?t that bad. I gave them another try and it was just awful. I?ve never experienced good customer service here. The workers I?ve encountered are rude . Service is always super slow. The chicken was burnt, dry and old. I didn?t receive the cookie with my meal, but that?s not a big deal. The line is always long which I don?t understand because the food really just sucks. Only good thing about my meal was the biscuit and potatoes
Poor service, staff seems almost depressed. Food was lacking,I asked for xtra.crispy and I got original. I dont know why I keep giving this place chances over and over....consistantly let's us down,from poor service to small portions, wrong orders. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this is the 5th time this has happened. Save your money and go to popeyes or zippys for your chicken. Look at photo for wrong order and tiny piece of chicken
I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I've had issues three times in a row now. Usually, it's just hot sauce they forget, but this time they didn't put cheese on the famous bowl.
