Mcdonald's - Kaneohe

Best McDonalds EVER!! Literally best food, fastest service and so great customer service. Loved the fried cakes and spam eggs and all the chickens roared around and waited for a substitute frit!

I hadn't visited a McDonald's in over five years, and I ended up going during the busy dinner rush when commuters were returning home. Despite the hectic atmosphere, the lovely young woman who took my order was incredibly patient and helped me navigate the different options. Everything appeared clean and well-maintained. My food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I have no complaints, only praise!

This McDonald's is very clean and beautifully maintained, with friendly staff and well-prepared food. However, since May 30, 2022, the management has implemented some peculiar policies. The restrooms are locked and can only be accessed after making a purchase, the soda machine is off-limits so you'll have to wait in line for a refill, and half of the tables are still closed off. Once the owners acknowledge that it's no longer March 2020, I would gladly give this place 5 stars.

This McDonald's is likely one of the top 100 most beautiful locations, set against the stunning backdrop of the Koolau mountain range. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming. They offer unique Hawaiian specialties, such as SPAM breakfast and roasted apple cake. Unfortunately, the interior was closed for reasons that weren't related to COVID, which is why I'm giving it a -1 star rating.
