The wings were VERY DRY. You could tell had been frozen. Wings also had no flavour, we had to ask for more sauce on the side to dip these dry, flavourless wings in. My partner felt sick after eating a few- I was disappointed because we ordered 24, thinking we’d love them…unfortunately wasn’t the case. I had the haddock fish chips. It wasn’t bad. The coleslaw was okay too. The server passing by spilled soda from old cups while walking by, which spilled on my partner’s feet. The server didn’t notice neither of these things happening and I had to let them know about the huge mess on the floor. I went because they have halal food, but it wasn’t being cooked or served by Muslim staff. I find that quality goes down when it’s being cooked by non-middle eastern people. Save your time money, unless you don’t care about quality and just want grub.

Freshly... read more In a city where F and C restaurants have all but disappeared, (exception Red Lobster), Digby's is a gem. Quality of our haddock and fries was excellent. Freshly prepared, crispy, not oily. Small side of coleslaw typical. Server was friendly and timely. Lemon pie had to be made there as the crust was like home made. We live in south east Ottawa, but we'll return. Good value for money. Prices in line with quantity provided.

After asking to dine... read more Ordered takeout ahead of time for me and my wife. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the place was empty with at least a dozen empty tables. After asking to dine in instead since we have a baby with us, I received a rude no in Arabic. I asked what the issue was as there are dozens of tables, answer: that 's our policy, takeout is takeout . I can tell you the customer service and rudeness was terrible, and the policy sucks because we won 't be back again. Food was just ok.
