Each time, the food has been consistently good to excellent. This is by far the best Harvey's location I've been to. To those who complain about the drive-thru being a bit slow, I don't mind waiting for fresh food that is well-prepared.

By not having enough employee... read more I had fantastic service from Maddi at the drive-thru. To the owner, I'd like to mention that the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed. By not having enough employees, you may be saving money in the short term, but it makes your team work much harder. Don't sacrifice excellent service for the sake of cutting labor costs. You’re fortunate to have the staff you do, madam/sir.

He remained ca... read more My husband and I recently visited the Centrum location and observed a very young employee handling two challenging customers one after the other. He remained calm and composed the entire time. Even when the milkshake machine malfunctioned, he managed to stay collected. The entire staff collaborated like a strong team, which left us very impressed. Great job, everyone! And to the young man behind the counter, you're doing an excellent job!

He was friendly and patient when I ordered my hotdog meal combo. I wanted to use my scene card. He asked me if I wanted to use up my rewards? I said yes and I got my meal for a great price. I didn’t wait very long for my meal. I had a great experience!

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite.
