We love Sego. The food and the experience are unparalleled. There is so much to explore that every meal is an adventure.
On par with the very best restaurants. Great value for stellar creativity in an unexpected small town more noted for hiking, climbing and biking. The ONLY thing I’d helpfully comment on would be to get new cushions for the outside dining. Weather and guest worn…but as I wrote my only suggestion. Otherwise….on point.
Excellent menu for different tastes, very good presentations, need work on the wine list, at least to compensate the spicy dishes
Really disappointing experience. My fiance and I went on my birthday to celebrate. Arrived 18 minutes early and the server told us to sit down and that we’d be seated in ten minutes. After 18 minutes of waiting and watching two walkins be sat before us (who had a reservation) my fiance asked if we could be seated. The host seemed frazzled and finally took us to our table which was open from the moment we had walked in. We waited 12 minutes before the server Ashley approached us and just said “are you ready to order?” No waters or anything. My birthday wasn’t even acknowledged. I was so sad and disappointed. Server seemed like she hated her job. I’ve worked in fine dining (management and serving) for 14 years and never leave bad reviews. Save your money and go to Black Sage or Vermillion.
