Both were a taste explosion and a celebration for our taste buds. It's definitely on my places to stop at next time we are in the area. Now for dessert! Key limepie and peach cobbler!!! Yum!!!

The burger was cooked well with avocado bacon and there sauce it was fantastic. I had the mashed potatoes as a side and wouldrecommend. The jalapeño lime chicken was wonderful, the seasoning was perfect and the side of beans had so much flavor garlicand roasted peppers mixed in.

The Power Canyon Salad was great with a tasty mix of fruit, nuts and greens topped with a lemon thyme vinaigrette. The Bison Tenderloin was excellent and well worth the price you can almost cut with afork. And the peach cobbler was an awesome ending to this outstanding meal. Very highly recommended!

We were able to get seats without reservations, but I'd highly recommend you make them. The food was amazing, the ambience was great, and the staff were friendlyand attentive. I wish there was a restaurant like this closer to home. It would be my #1 spot to dine. I highly recommend tryingout the Rocking V Cafe if you're in, around, or driving through Kanab.

Portion sizes are great for the price as well. We did find the paper cheese separator in one of our meals though. We’ll likely comeback the next time we’re in the region or passing through.
