We had a great dinner here! It was a busy Friday evening with both dine in and take out customers. We sat at the counter and watched the chef and kitchen staff in high production mode. Impressive. I had Spicy Red Ramen with level 3 spice. Good heat, but not ridiculous. The staff were friendly, and were very thankful when we told them how much we enjoyed our meal. Went to dine on three separate occasions. Staff was always so pleasant but unfortunately all three times both the ramen bowls and "tiger rice bowl" was too salty. I'm all about flavor with the right balance of salt seasoning but maybe the stock and menu needs to be taste tested by the owner/cook more often. Tiger ramen is a staple in Kamloops! Only $10 for a bowl of ramen, very chill environment with amazingly friendly staff.
