I paid for my order, waited five minutes, and then was told it would take another 20 minutes because they were out of white chicken. I asked the manager if they could offer a free order of onion rings to compensate for the 25-minute wait, but she refused. I had to sit at a dirty, greasy table since all the tables were unclean. They never brought me plates, forks, or ketchup for my double fries order. The cashier was very nice and polite. Overall, I was very disappointed and won’t be returning. Definitely not what I expect from fast food. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I had to argue just... read more The restaurant is consistently dirty. I ordered a Big Crunch, and in less than two minutes, they handed it to me cold with spoiled lettuce. I had to argue just to get a replacement. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this KFC. The owner needs to hire employees who care about providing a clean environment and properly cooked food.
