The spaghetti had zero heat, not even warm, like it was just taken out of the fridge and into the bag. The bread was hard and cold and seemed like it had been just sitting out for an hour. Called and complained and got a new spaghetti made. Got home the second time and it is was cold again and only half full this time. The garlic bread was the worst I've ever had, ended up throwing it out and warming the spaghetti in a pot for my son. My experience was not turning out well and I thought I was going to have to cancel the order because I ordered online to get a pizza from the Sahali location for my first time trying the restaurant. When I arrived for pick up it was to my dismay that the pizza I ordered was at the North Shore location and I did not have to time to drive down there as I had left quickly to grab the pick up and return where I was needed at home. The outstanding professionalism of this customer service representative at the Sahali location prompted not only a sufficient tip, I asked if he would shake my hand out of respect because he offered to have my food picked up from the other restaurant and delivered to my home. After waiting about twenty minutes I received a call explaining my pizza had been made original without my personal changes to the order and that I would receive a properly made pizza and still be able to keep the original, which was a nice surprise because Im sure the wife and kids loved the extras. All in all both pizzas came hot and deliciously made. I need to make note that the dough was perfect for me personally because it wasn't too greasy from the oil that the bite was juicy, which I don't prefer. It had that nice crunch from the dough and a good amount of cheese with ingredients to fulfil my requirements. Thank you very much Farros, I will return and recommend to others.
