Earls Kitchen - Kamloops
Earls Kitchen
Description
**Dining at Earls: A Mixed Experience**
Earls offers a blend of culinary highs and lows that leave diners divided. While some rave about the delicious Dynamite roll and truffle tortellini, others express disappointment with their fried offerings, citing issues with the calamari and fries. The fettuccine Alfredo has drawn criticism for its greasy sauce and clumpy noodles. However, the restaurant shines in accommodating gluten-free diners, with knowledgeable staff and options like the Chicken Santa Fe salad and dedicated fryers. Overall, Earls has potential, but consistency in food quality remains a concern for many patrons.

We visited on May 25th, 2019, and our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease, taking great care with our order. They have a dedicated fryer, and offer gluten-free options like calamari, fish and chips, and buffalo cauliflower. I highly recommend this place!
The fettuccine Alfredo was unfortunately clumpy, with large chunks of noodles sticking together. The sauce was overly greasy, which made it less enjoyable. I ordered the blackened chicken on top, and while it was cooked well and juicy, the seasoning was a bit light for something described as blackened.
Everything was absolutely delicious! The Dynamite roll was fantastic, as always, but it was my first time trying the truffle tortellini, and it was incredibly tasty—better than I had anticipated. The sticky toffee pudding was also superb, especially with all the delightful sauces and ice cream.
