I ordered the seafood bowl. The slices of fish were thick and there were many types of fish on top, making it delicious. I went during lunchtime and was able to choose between a mini udon and a mini soba, I chose the udon which was firm and just to my liking. In the future, I would like to try various dishes while casually drinking a glass of something.
Lunch seafood bowl for 1000 yen. The quality of the seafood bowl is comparable to those in Kashu and Hamazaka, and what's more, the size and variety of the ingredients are amazing. I think it's the best value for money I've ever had. It may be a bit hard to find, but I think I will be visiting here regularly from now on.
Nestled in the mountains, this izakaya may have a rustic feel, but the seafood dishes are exceptionally delicious. The sushi servings are generous, giving you the feeling of truly enjoying sushi. The other menu items are also varied and delicious. It seems to be popular among locals, as it was fully booked when I visited on a Sunday night. It might be better to make a reservation in advance for weekends and holidays.
