It is located right in front of the Sea of Japan, so the location is good, but the appearance of the restaurant doesn't show off the view. What a waste! LOL. I ordered the "yakimeshi set". I thought it would come with fried rice on a plate with Chinese soup, but I was surprised when it came out as a one-plate style dish! And it was a large portion! The yakimeshi set looks Western in appearance, but the flavor is definitely Chinese-style. The rice was cooked just right and had a nice texture. And for only 880 yen, it also came with soup, a mini omelette, and salad, so it's a great deal! They also had other unique dishes like "crab miso bun" and "crab miso tantanmen", but it wasn't the season to have hot dishes so I'll try them next time. This Hakuryu seems to be quite famous around here, as TV announcers and actor Masahira Kino, who travels around Japan by bicycle, have visited. The restaurant has counter seating, tables, and tatami rooms, so it's easy for even one person to dine alone. And the prices are reasonable. There is parking in front and beside the restaurant, and if it's full, you can park at the nearby Shiohaze Kohen and walk over, so it's convenient. I hope this Chinese restaurant will be around for a long time.

The po... read more I was on a business trip to Kumi Town. I wanted to eat Chinese food, so I searched and found a restaurant that looked delicious, so I decided to stop by. The portion was generous to the point of feeling overwhelmed. Even a growing child would be satisfied with the amount. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sweet and sour pork was also delicious. I come to Kumi Town a few times a year, so I would like to visit again. However, the use was for dinner, and the air conditioner was too strong, causing the food to cool down quickly, which was disappointing. I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have if the food had been hot.

They offer dishes featuring loca... read more This Chinese restaurant by the sea has a narrow parking lot, but there is a spacious parking lot in the park across the street. They offer dishes featuring local crab from Tajima, as well as everyday set meals and classic menu items. On my first visit, I ordered the crab miso tantanmen. It arrived in about 5 minutes in the calm atmosphere of the restaurant. The base tantanmen was delicious, with just the right amount of spice and richness. When you mix in the crab miso, the rich aroma of crab quickly spreads, but the perfect balance with the not too strong base tantanmen prevents it from becoming too fishy. It was a delight to find chunks of crab meat in the dish, and even though the portion of noodles was a bit larger than usual, I finished it easily. I also ordered rice and finished the soup. I definitely want to try other menu items at this restaurant again.
