Although there was a wait, I was pleased with the kind words and care from the female staff who escorted us to our table. The seasonal firefly squid shabu-shabu was exquisite and highly recommended. The view from the window allowed us to see the various vegetables being grown, confirming the use of fresh ingredients. The herbs on the table were also a nice touch. I would definitely like to visit again if given the opportunity.

They said that Matsuba crab was only available now, so I decided to try it. I ordered boiled Matsuba crab and crab sashimi, as well as Kinosaki crab sashimi and grilled crab. It was a luxurious experience to compare the different types of crabs.
