Every single time my family and I have been here, we have received horrible service. The young employees do not know what they are doing and that's due to the managers not training them well. They're constantly forgetting items in our order and the store in general is such a mess. I recommend going to the Northlakes/ Mango Hill KFC which is straight off the highway, also near Costco, the service there is much better and our orders are always right.

The wait was long and the server seemed a bit disinterested, likely due to the overwhelming crowd. Despite this, most of the food was fresh, although the nuggets were a bit squished and we received a zinger burger instead of an original. The staff handled the busy situation well and stayed composed. I would return, but perhaps at a less busy time.
