When I visited this restaurant on a busy Friday afternoon, it was packed with cars and people. The wait was long and the server seemed a bit disinterested, likely due to the overwhelming crowd. Despite this, most of the food was fresh, although the nuggets were a bit squished and we received a zinger burger instead of an original. The staff handled the busy situation well and stayed composed. I would return, but perh... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about KFC:
Time and time again they get my orders wrong. Not bad food for takeaway, but not what I consider cheap either. You can spend less money eating out a a decent restaurant instead. Good for an occasional last minute meal, but nothing to right home about either View all feedback.

Do not visit this KFC. Every single time my family and I have been here, we have received horrible service. The young employees do not know what they are doing and that's due to the managers not training them well. They're constantly forgetting items in our order and the store in general is such a mess. I recommend going to the Northlakes/ Mango Hill KFC which is straight off the highway, also near Costco, the service there is much better and our orders are always right.
Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru then abused by the staff. Totally disorganised. This is not managed but just stumbles along. We will not be going back to this KFC ever.
As an American, I've experienced international KFC only a handful of times, and I have to say Aussie KFC is by far superior to American. The meat is higher quality and less greasy, and perhaps the seasonings are tuned slightly for the Australian market. On top of that, a meal includes chips (fries) a dinner roll AND mashed potatoes with gravy. I did find it a smidge odd at the drive through that they gave me a bottled 7-Up instead of something from the fountain. Convenient I suppose since it's resealable but it lacked that extra crispness you get when it's freshly mixed. Customer service was professional and courteous. All this leads me to ask, what's up American KFC? We literally have the K inside us and yet the product sold in the homeland makes you feel like you've made a mistake for 24 hours after consumption...
After waiting in the drive thru what felt like for ever, i was blown away that you were out of chicken? It wasn't even late in the evening??? Trust me, its worth the drive into North Lakes and save yourself the dissapointment!
