Moved to Tennessee 1.5 years ago from Montana and haven't found a coffee shop that I have loved ever since going to Sables. Really wish you guys were a chain and open a shop here in Tennessee. :
I love the down-home friendliness of Sable Coffee! This place is pretty big, with a fireplace and lots of seating.I’m not much of a Fufu coffee drinker, I get a medium brew large with double heavy cream. in there, refills are free and the staff has always been friendly. Don’t miss the drive-through if you’re in a hurry and of course, free Wi-Fi and restrooms.
Always prompt and friendly service. I love the cinnamon roll latte and the huckleberry roll.I've come here many times and never had an issue with my order. They've even brought my drink to me on more than one occasion. I love the cozy vibes and sit next to the fireplace whenever it's available.Definitely one of the best coffee shops around.
The staff is friendly once you finally get their attention, and the drinks are excellent. However, I had to wait at the counter for quite some time and was overlooked by two employees—they didn’t acknowledge me or even provide a simple "Someone will be with you shortly." I came ready to spend my money, but I felt ignored and unassisted. The employees are young and seem to prefer communicating with each other via texting and social media, but they lack the basic courtesy expected in the service industry. I would suggest that a manager have a conversation with them to emphasize the importance of fundamental customer service skills, particularly for older customers like myself.
This delightful and neat coffee shop serves fantastic coffee and has a straightforward breakfast menu. I ordered the campfire latte, which was creamy and perfectly sweet, along with a caramel roll, an egg wrap, and oatmeal. Although the oatmeal was a touch dry, it didn't detract from my overall experience.
