The bathro... read more I accidentally ordered the Mac and Cheese instead of the Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich, but they quickly fixed my order. The service was excellent! The bathrooms were also very clean.

The plain bagels were just the right amo... read more Now onto the food—the pumpkin muffin was fantastic! It had the perfect level of moisture and the flavor was delightful. The plain bagels were just the right amount of chewy for my taste. The hot tea was served at the right temperature and was quite enjoyable. The tomato soup was also just right and very tasty! I would absolutely recommend this Panera. Thank you!

My daughter is an... read more I write this with a heavy heart. I would at least hope for people, no matter what their belief to do whats right or at least be professional. My daughter is an employee and has been treated with such contempt because of the color of her skin. It started when she showed up to work early it was 19 below outside but was not allowed to go in the store. The Manager Rachel put her hand in her face literally and stopped her. Until all the Caucasian employees had walked from the back of the parking lot and entered the store I witnessed this incident! I gave a day to take a breath and called the store and talked to Michelle. And during that conversation was told that it wasn 't a big deal and laughed at when I said I would call corporate I was told go ahead I don 't care what you do. I reported the incident to corporate and said they would have someone call and it be passed on to the upper management. No call no follow up! Since that incident I was harassed every morning by that employees boyfriend for a week him pulling up to the back of my car like was going to hit it! When I would pull out he would get right on the back of my car about 6 off my bumper then rev his engine. I finally had enough one day and jumped out and he quickly reversed and pulled out. Then afraid for my daughter 's safety cause racial hate only gets more violent. I waited in the parking lot. He circled the parking lot about 4 times coming in from a different direction each time then park with his lights off. This went on for about a week. reported this to Michele again! And was assured it would be taken care of but was refused the regional manager info! I found my daughter in tears sitting in her car. Saying that now Rachel, Michelle, and Kent another manager had started retaliation against her making her life a living hell! She also told me that Kent had on several occasions asked her why she was having trouble learning from the computer. She said I learn better hands on and he remarked yeah that 's ok some people are like that their just different and are slow! . I talked to Will, a supervisor who reported to me that on several occasions my daughter has been cussed at and treated badly in front of other employees that he himself had witnessed this and gave me a card with the regional managers info. My daughter begged me please each time you say something they make my job and life harder please Dad just don 't. And the bad behavior has just continued. Tonight I tried to talk to this Kent. But as you can imagine scared to come out and til he got someone on the phone and just denied everything with a smug attitude and look on his face and when I asked for the regional managers info I was denied. I don 't think any Father here in Montana would have the self control I had!! I almost lost it cause that smug attitude and look almost tipped me over the edge. I thank God I am a different man now, but a man with a hell of a lawyer I will spend everything I own to make sure no one else is treated this way we are all God 's children and we deserve respect and to be treated with decency!!And as far as the food it reflects the attitude. Every time there 's a bad one, it 's amazing how one pops up about how good the food is and even people visiting who are people of color have commented on how cold and unfriendly the Employee’s were! Their lawyers may bury us in paper work for the next 5 years but in the end God the Father is in control and vengeance belongs to the Lord! Grace and peace to you all!
