Panda Express - Kalispell

I visited the Kalispell, MT location, and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean and efficient, and the staff was friendly. The food was affordable and delicious, and I couldn't find anything to criticize. Panda Express truly delivers what you want in a fast food restaurant, and I will definitely be returning more frequently.

I had a fantastic experience with the service here. I ordered online after my shopping trip at Walmart, and my food was ready even earlier than expected. The Kung Pao was packed with generous chunks of chicken—no skimping here! The pickup was a breeze. This is a really convenient Chinese-American takeout chain.

The customer service was courteous, and the food was enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being busy, the communication between the staff and customers exemplified excellent customer service. The staff managed to keep things moving smoothly, resulting in a short wait time. Additionally, the outdoor seating is fantastic when the weather is nice, though it would be great if all the tables had umbrellas for shade. I definitely plan to dine here again when we’re in Kalispell.

Food was ok. Typical Panda express. But VERY confusing to order. I get that they have limited staff and had to close the dining room, but the sign on the door said on line orders only. So that's what we did, as we waited, there were several peoe that saw the sign and just left. And when I went in to pick up my order, there were people inside, at the counter ordering.. and they had way more selection than on the app. They should tell you if they are allowing you to order in store.

Always great food and a great selection of dishes. Staff are very polite and fast. Love it!!
