Had wild mushroom crostini for an appetizer as well, it's small and would need 2 for a family of 4. Tried 2 of theirspecials the homemade linguini with clams and the king salmon dish both were good, but the halibut was by far the best maincourse! We all loved the flavors and it was cooked perfectly. Deserts were okay, the bread pudding was much better than thehuckleberry cream Brule. Overall, great experience

Excellent choice of steaks, appetizers and salads, too. Portions are just right. Good wine list. Staff is knowledgeable and veryfriendly. The owner is there and works hard to keep everything just so. Before Beargrass, we went to Kalispell, Whitefish orBig Fork for premium dining. Not necessary now. We're grateful to have an up-scale restaurant in our small community.
