A group of ten of us had dinner and ordered 12 dishes. I highly recommend the Mongolian lamb, sate chicken, salt & pepper squid, and crispy beef. I would suggest skipping the cashew chicken and the bean curd with 4 mushrooms, as they were bland and boring. Overall, the meal was mostly good and served quickly, but some friendly customer service and a smile would have been appreciated. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Prince Palace Chinese Restaurant:
Worst ever! Do not go here or order from here!! Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, food cold, missing meals and when called they didn't care!! Horrible service, if I could score a -5 I would!! Pick any other Chinese place in Canberra and you will have a better experience!! Ruined my Mother's Day, kids went to bed before food even arrived!! View all feedback.

2 of us looking for a meal after going to the pictures. This restaurant was close by. Started out with sharing curry puffs and dim sims - very, very nice. For mains, we again shared a mongolian beef, sweet and soup pork, and a plate of vegetables. Talk about bland food. I don't know if it was an off night but I could not recommend any of these dishes.I would go back for the entree, and maybe think about trying some other dishes.
Went for yum Cha to give this place a second chance after going five years ago and not much has changed... probably go back in another five years when I forget how average it is.
I love this yum cha place a lot more than when it was doing the all your can eat. Very authenticated. They could hire more staff. Very happy to recommend and go back.
We went for Yum Cha with friends, but can't see we will ever come back. The food was okay, but the service was simply terrible. It took nearly two hours, asking five times and conversations with three different staff before one of our party finally got the one dish he asked for. The Yum Cha came slowly and lacked the variety of other better options. At a one point one waitress just stared placing a number of dishes on the table without asking what we wanted, at but with others we had to ask numerous times to get what we wanted. Another waiter delivered a bottle water after we asked, but no glasses. We had to even ask for chop sticks. I'm still waiting for the to refill the tea pot. The only time the staff seemed interested was when asking if they could add up the bill. Dining shouldn't be that difficult or frustrating, easier just to go to the next place where the staff actually pay some attention to the customers.
