Teddy's Bigger Burgers - Kailua

Surprisingly one of the best fast food chicken tenders I've had- solid choice for something quick!

I tried the grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. Good taste, not bland at all and the chicken was a good size, very filling for $12. Only complaint is how messy it was. The bun was way to small and I ended up having to use a fork and knife to eat.

The Ghost Pepper Burger is a flavor-packed masterpiece! The housemade Ghost Pepper Aioli, Pepper Jack Cheese, and Bacon create a spicy symphony that tingles the taste buds. A sensational blend of heat and savory goodness makes it my absolute favorite.

I ordered 2 plain burgers and a side of garlic fries. As always, the burgers were delicious and cooked exactly how I wanted it to be. The garlic fries was a HUGE disappointment. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or if it's cooked differently at other locations, but the garlic fries at Teddy's in Kailua is disgusting. The fries I received came with garlic that looked like they just opened a jar of minced garlic and dumped it on my fries. It was akin to eating raw garlic from a jar. I've had garlic fries at Teddy's in Kaneohe before and it was delicious. I wish all the different branches would be consistent in how their food is prepared. In regard to their customer service, it was fantastic! I noticed that majority of the workers were young, but they were all very personable and attentive. They deserve to be commended! The restaurant itself looks like it could use a good cleaning or upgrade though. Still, I'd recommend it. It has one of the best burgers in K-Town.

Went here for my son 's 14th bday; it was his choice to celebrate here. It was horrible. After waiting for over 20 minutes, our burgers were tasteless as were the fries. What a disappointment; we come here often and it 's never been this bad. We talked to a Server who looked at us cluelessly and said sorry as she walked away. The quality of the food has nosedived as well as the service. We 're done with this place.
