When I reached out to manager Analeyah with a special request, she initially thought I was crazy but still listened to me. Twenty-two years ago, my wife and I used to spend Saturday mornings having breakfast before heading to Jamba Juice in Kailua. I wanted a picture of our drinks outside on a table as we used to do, to reminisce about our time there. Analeyah, along with Ceyrah and Mateo, worked together to make it... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jamba Kailua Village Shops:
I went to the Jamba store in Kailua and was disappointed by the almost rude service. I only spent about five minutes inside before leaving. They did have hand sanitizer available at the entrance, and there were signs on the floor reminding customers to keep a six-foot distance, although they could use some updating. View all feedback.
Located in the center of Kailua Town. They do allow changes and additions to their juices and have a couple more Hawai'ian type drinks. There is limited parking in front of the building but there is plenty of parking in the old Macy's parking lot where many tourist buses park. It is also near the Starbucks in Kailua.. We had the best acai bowl ever! And some nice pitahaya smoothies!

They make great smoothies here, but the basic fruit juice is also very good. The same menu that they have at all their places.

This restaurant is fantastic. When I used to live in Kailua, my wife and I would often stop by Jamba Juice and sit outside every Saturday morning. Even though we moved away many years ago, this Jamba Juice is still around. Recently, I was putting together a memory box for my wife and decided to reach out to this store to see if I could get something from them to help her remember our special Saturday mornings together as newlyweds. Analeyah answered the phone and, despite my unusual request, she assured me not to worry and said she would take care of it. Shortly afterwards, I received a text with several lovely photos of a drink on an empty table, as if it was waiting for us to return. Analeyah truly went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service. I also want to thank Ceyrah Mateo for their help as well. Mahalo ????
