Kaikoura Sushi

Had not many vegan options when I left, they made me some fresh avocado sushi that was okay and have homemade wasabi

The woman told us she was vegan, and made a lot of vegan sushi for us especially.

The art owner of this place says that she herself is vegan, and was happy to show for us what items were vegan (of which it was 6 or 7). everything we had was delicious. there is only one problem: everything is packed in powerful plastic, also for restaurants. we had hoped we could order fresh and use our own containers to avoid the plastic, but they just gave us the plastic packaging anyway. two things could be done to achieve a massive improvement in ecological footprints: 1. they offer unpacked objects for people who are in or with their own containers. 2. for those who actually need pick-up containers, offer more environmentally friendly, such as from recycled carton or compostable vegetable strengthening. If enough of us politely make these proposals, they may be going to attack.

Good selection of vegan/vegetarian rolls. Had some great inari too! The shelf stuff is half-price after 6 tooGot a full roll the inari package for 5.50nzd!

Full of Sushi, and a lot of them are vegan. Ask for, the very nice Lady will help you. Miso soup should be vegan, too. Ant it was so delicious! Had two different Sushi rolls, a Miso soup and somekind of Rice with something Fried at the outside. Very tasty!
