I have to admit that I'... read more I visited this restaurant thanks to a coupon book, and I was truly impressed with the food. Both the burgers and chicken were delicious. I have to admit that I'm usually reluctant to accept help, but the cashier was persistent and filled my soda for me anyway. Additionally, another staff member kindly brought my food out to my car. Since I only have one functioning hand, this thoughtful gesture really brightened my evening and made my weekend. Thank you, BurgerFi, for the excellent customer service and quality food! I even reheat the chicken tenders and fries in my air fryer, and they remain tasty for up to a week!

I'... read more I was incredibly disappointed with the burger at W/ Burger, especially given its name. The meat was very dry, and the bun tasted stale and lacked any flavor. I'm genuinely surprised. I picked this restaurant because they say they focus on quality, but I would have been better off getting a burger from McDonald's for a fraction of the price.
