Our dinner last night at the chef's table was a real pleasure to taste and share with the friendly chef and zen xavier mathieu, mix of soft and light flavors in the mouth, a dared bet on old redesigned recipes, while keeping the taste of the old. a beautiful blown through a fresh ice. the dishes of mr mathieu are at its shared moment, a great thank you.
