I had a fantastic salad today at the Jonesboro Chipotle! This was my 4th or 5th visit, and I’ve enjoyed my meals every time. The chicken is delicious, and the Pollo Asado chicken is equally amazing. I usually opt for a salad or protein bowl, skipping the rice and choosing both black and brown/pinto beans, which is perfect for those avoiding processed or starchy carbs. They offer several protein options, including a plant-based one I haven’t tried yet. The restaurant is clean, though during busy times the drink station can get a bit messy, which is understandable. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I definitely plan to keep coming back.
Very generous with their position sizes which I greatly appreciated since their prices are a little high. Had a steak bowl with just about everything. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and very flavorful. Restaurant was clean and staff werevery friendly and polite. Will definitely return to this location.
The rice was hard and crunchy, and the burrito wasn’t properly rolled. The person preparing my food seemed more interested in flirting with the person behind me than focusing on the order. Honestly, Taco Bell would have been a much better choice. I spent $14 on a meal I barely touched before having to toss it out.
Edit: Our order was incorrect. The Jonesboro Chipotle really needs to improve. We ordered two meals and two bags of chips for delivery, but the chips were missing. When I called the Jonesboro location, I only got an automated system and couldn't reach a live person no matter what I pressed or said. Since I already paid extra for delivery, now I have to make a trip across town to the restaurant. This isn't the first time they’ve left items out of the bag. They seriously need to do better.
Ordered small chips and queso with a previous order only to find out when we picked it up that they were out of chips. Was told to go on the app for a refund. Did not get a refund but ?rewards? on the app for chips and queso x2. This would be fine if the?rewards did not have an expiration date. I paid for food that I did not get and the fix is to give me rewards with anexpiration date. Not happy with that. They are still out of chips and I could not cash in on my rewards tonight. I spoke with amanager who could not answer my questions about getting rewards vs getting my money, back his excuse was ? We really don?t getmuch training on app and rewards issues, sorry.? That is not an acceptable answer from someone claiming to be a manager. If thatis the case, the company needs to do better training its managers.
