Long John Silver's - Joliet

The service was a bit slow, perhaps it would have been better if they had focused more on cooking and less on talking. We ordered one fish but received two.

The garnels were good, but the fish tasted as if he had been overcooked in old oil bitter and unpleasant. the soße was also bitter and not tender.

Thankful that some Long John Silvers are still open cause love their fish and chicken, but Joliet location needs remodel, and pRking lot is like the moon. If u do this, much better business.

Slowest drive thru ever. We waited so long it was ridiculous. They should have parked longer orders and took them out. Hence the now popular curb side service Food was ok, I 'm a Ljs fan and I 've had better.

Got there this evening to drive thru at 645pm. No one said anything on speaker and no sign saying closed. Google says open till 9pm. Called the place and the very rude female staff member said no they are closed and when i said it would be nice if there a sign that said that and she hung up on me. That was very rude and unproffessional
