Jerrie's Dogs More - Joliet

I like to go there, but Saturday (May 1.) was an unusual late afternoon. I always sit in the parking lot, call my order and then eat in my vehicle. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Yesterday was total chaos, unorganized and literally took an hour to get my order while I was told 15 minutes originally. AND I wasn't the only person waiting for their orders for a very long time. The young lady who takes orders seemed insecure what she wanted. Usually you get a double cheeseburger that is very excellent, but yesterday it was absolutely terrible and was unable to finish it. Usually you go to a QUICK menu every other week, but from now on I hope it was a fuke because I was short busy with unexpected 2 employees yesterday in the late afternoon. As a rule, stop there over the lunchtime, which was the first time I was there for early dinner. I'll give them another shot at dinner in a week and if it's like yesterday, I won't come back.

Not at all pleased and not sure what happened. I went inside and placed my order and waited for it. The food should have been hot and fresh right? We ate in the car because I do not like cold food. This is how my order went... Deep fried hot dog with hot peppers, got an ice cold hot dog no peppers with ice cold fries. Jalapeño poppers, so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Tom-Tom tamale was dried up and old. Breaded pork tenderloin, don't even ask. Order of fries, didn't get them. I wanted to go back in but there was a long line and my husband said to just forget about it we just won't come back. I literally threw the entire order out! I dislike giving a bad review but this was more than warranted. Definitely not going back.

My hotdogs was terrible I feel forced to over spend W Portillos. Went back switched item gyro was okay not much meat. The Italian beef was dry more mozzarella than meat. I am not sure if the fries were good enough to return for.

I went there for the first (and last) time for lunch today. I ordered 2 Chicago style hotdogs and a small fry. The hot dogs were completely sopping wet to the point that most of the buns had turned to mush and I had to pick it away to make them edible. I usually order Chicago style and have never had this happen. I dont know why their condiments were so watery, but my meal probably would have been good if it wasn't so wet! Not planning on going back.
