Big Apple Pancake House - Joliet

ZERO STARS!! Bad day or typical, I can?t say, it was my first and most definitely last time going here. During my visit, I encountered a sticky table, dirty silverware, crusted crud in water glass, poor service and customer service skills. Can?tcomment on food, wouldn?t eat it because I found a dark hair in mine. I?m a blond, not a dark hair on my body, but they stillrather argue about it which along with everything else, I give ZERO stars and will never return and would never recommend.

Horrible customer service had to listen to The Waitresses discuss their life outside of the business rather than work after one waitress decided to start dry heaving it ruined my dining experience.. while the hostess and waitress just talk about thecustomers in front of the customers I will not return to this Diner neither will my family look out poor service and just toclarify it was not the waitress that waited on us it was the heavier set Hostess and the heavier set waitress that like to talkabout their nights out as they're dry heaving in the kitchen next to all the customers

They didn?t have soup so they offered me a salad, which was OK I also ordered a Texas burger. I think it?s what it?s called. It was good as well. I ordered a medium rare. Looks like the cooks just seared it but overall experience was wonderful. Thewaitress was really nice. I will be coming back soon.

This place was horrible! My husband and I were both sick later that day. His waffle was cold, sausage must have been spoiled! My skillet looked like dog foot, presentation was horrible! They burned my pecan roll. The experience was terrible! I wish I couldgive no stars! The waitress was nice and worked really hard!

Come here regularly and their food is delicious. Breakfast is my favorite meal . Omelets are delicious and ingredients fresh. Love the corned beef hash. They also serve lunch and have a good variety of sandwiches, wraps, and panini's.. Familyrestaurant with friendly staff .
