People's organic is perfect for catching up with a friend or colleagues anytime of day. The booths are large and you can actually hear each other! Me and my wife were in peoples organic in eden prairie yesterday for breakfast. We waited for 40 minutes to get our food that sat in the window for over 20 of them minutes. People that came in after us were getting there food and finishing it before we got ours.
