It was our first time at a Buca di Beppo and we had a group of six. Food was very good. I was not excited about the family style serving since with Italian food, everyone has their own tastes and preferences. Our waiter was very helpful in leading us through selections and being patient with use trying to get group consensus on our order. I am use to very large portions at Italian restaurants. Food was good, service was not very helpful. Would not honor special because it was already rang up as 3 different courses. Served never came back after food was brought out. We were out of drinks and had no napkins for kids. Usually have a great experience tonight must have been an off night. View all feedback.
