Outback Steakhouse - Feedback

What James Byrne likes about Outback Steakhouse:
We had a gift card to burn, and figured why not give Outback a try. We generally eat at Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse, but we were so pleased with our experience that we will definitely be back. Bobby, our waiter, was great and the food was amazing and hot. We even noticed the staff had a great attention to detail in how the prepared the seating area. Great job Outback! View all feedback. I have had better nights here, so I'm disappointed tonight. When the waitress brought me my salad I had no utensils, and said she would bring some, shich happened slowly. I was already dining alone, so I felt more awkward sitting there with a salad in front of me that I couldn't eat. I also asked for a rare steak, but it was medium rare instead.
