I think a lot of people underestimate Menchies. The staff is a bunch of high schoolers who are genuinely nice and do their best at their job!! Most employees are always open to help and answer questions. A lot of people complain about issues that do not concern them, I have seen it as a customer. Love the family environment love the yogurt.
