Bring back the lobster mac and cheese. Omg! It would have been my addiction hadyou kept it on the menu. The bathrooms were cleaner than the front entrance of the restaurant. I love the courteous so I willcome back again. We will see.

I ordered the Napa Almond (Cranberry) Chicken Salad Sandwich (half) and received a sandwich that was mostly lettuce and tomato, with just a small piece of chicken, one cranberry, and a single almond slice. After this disappointing experience, I looked up other reviews and noticed that many of the 5-star ratings came from users who only give perfect scores (with the occasional 4-star, probably to make it seem less suspicious). It's likely these are paid reviews. I wouldn’t recommend dining here. They get 2 stars from me because I'm feeling generous tonight.

I... read more This Panera location is quite busy, especially with the high volume of pickup orders. However, I consistently enjoy my dining experience at the Jessup Panera. I have a regular lunch appointment there every Thursday, and my associate and I always look forward to our weekly meetings. My favorite server is Julia; she is efficient and always greets us with a warm smile. Keep up the great work!
