App gave me a $7 off offer on my app but what I really want is a refund to my original payment method for the item I did not receive. Wth!

Every time I called up there to ask... read more I’ve ordered from this location numerous of times either via doordash or Uber eats. Never a problem with delivery , however. Every time I called up there to ask for additional dressing and modification for my drink ITS NEVER done ! Instead the current manager at the store rushed me off the phone and said she would make sure my things would be changed since there’s no way of doing so on the app. She also stated there is no way for her to make her a note so therefore nothing was forgotten. When in fact I’ve ordered from other locations and they’re able to print my receipt and write a simple note. Once I called the store again the manager again gave me the run around and made up excuses for her lack of simple communication. Could’ve all be avoided had she simple pulled some receipt paper and wrote on it. Terrible customer service. 09–08-23 ,12:30.

I get to intercom and she like it’s not ready yet but by time Yu pull up to window it will be . I get my order . The bagel is cold as hell . My latte has no whip cream or it’s obviously was made early and just sat . Meanwhile they did not toast or slice my bagel . So why was the order not ready ?? y’all had mad time. I just had to keep it moving i got my baby n car right now .

The food was delici... read more Somebody needs to be assigned floor duty more regularly. But when we asked if someone could clean off the tables, they respectfully obliged. The food was delicious. Bring back the lobster mac and cheese. Omg! It would have been my addiction hadyou kept it on the menu. The bathrooms were cleaner than the front entrance of the restaurant. I love the courteous so I willcome back again. We will see.

I always enjoy their squash soup, and the turkey on the turkey avocado BLT is always moist. The location was clean and well-organized, and the staff was very attentive.
