Food was not hot and was very dry. The wait was long even though we were there at 11ish PM. The ceiling has mold and mildew and I couldn't imgine what the kitchen looks like. I will never eat there again. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

All-you-can-eat pancakes was just amazing. We also had a strawberry milkshake, Belgian Waffle, Mega Monster Cheeseburger, and Hickory-Smoked Bacon Strips. Everything was delicious and great portion size. I just hope our server Serena can be moreattentive. I did tip 15% though.
We stopped at this IHOP on our way back from Virginia. Wanted a sit down meal instead of fast food in the car. They were definitely understaffed. But they seated us quickly. Our waitress was amazing. Obviously doing the job of 2-3 waitresses. But so friendly! Always a smile! And spot on with anticipating our every need. Now the food; my gluten free pancakes wereamazing! Food was hot. Very tasty. Coffee wasn't so hot, or tasty but that really was my only food complaint. The bathroomsneeded a little TLC. Being very understaffed, I can see why there was neglect, but still a necessity that must be addressedevery shift. All in all a great experience that made our morning a good start, and helped us finish our ride home. We tippedthe waitress accordingly, for doing 2-3 jobs and doing them so well!
